Today we took our first Wednesday Walk with Ms. Rollheiser's Grade 2/3 class. Along our walk we made a quick stop at the home of Alexandra Luxmoore who is in Ms. Rollheiser's class. While there we got to explore their fabulous backyard (urban farm) full of chickens, fish, a rope swing and beautiful gardens full of vegetables. It was a wonderful experience, and had us back at school right as recess began!
